Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rebuzz, a software-as-a-service product provided by Freedom Services and Solutions LLC (“Rebuzz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Utah limited liability company. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Rebuzz is an AI-powered missed-call recovery service. When a customer calls a business that subscribes to Rebuzz and the call is missed, Rebuzz automatically sends a conversational SMS to the caller on behalf of the business. An AI assistant engages in a back-and-forth text conversation to gather details, answer common questions, and help schedule appointments.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate business to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

4. Free trial, subscription, billing, and cancellation

  • 14-day free trial. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Service. No payment method is required to start the trial.
  • Subscription. After the free trial, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription on one of our published plans. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled.
  • Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees plus any taxes. Prices are in US dollars.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the current paid period.
  • No refunds. Because we offer a 14-day free trial as an evaluation period, paid subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused conversations, or early cancellation. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds for billing errors or duplicate charges.
  • Price changes.We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. SMS messaging terms

Program name: Rebuzz

Description:Rebuzz subscribers use the Service to automatically send conversational SMS replies to customers who call the subscriber’s business and do not reach them. All SMS traffic is triggered by an end user’s inbound phone call to the subscriber’s business number.

How you opt in:End users opt in implicitly by calling a Rebuzz subscriber’s business phone number. Subscribers are required to disclose this practice to callers (for example, in voicemail greetings, on their website, or on business signage).

Message frequency:Recurring messages. Frequency depends on the conversation — typically 2 to 10 messages per missed-call event.

Message and data rates:Message and data rates may apply. Rebuzz does not charge end users for messages; your wireless carrier’s standard rates apply.

HELP: Reply HELPto any message to receive information about the program, including the sending business’s contact details and this Terms of Service link.

STOP: Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from further messages from that Rebuzz subscriber. Opt-out keywords also include UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. Once opted out, you will receive no further SMS messages from that Rebuzz subscriber unless you explicitly opt in again.

Supported carriers:Major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send marketing, promotional, or solicitation messages. Rebuzz is for customer care and conversational use only.
  • Send messages related to direct lending, payday loans, or other loan arrangements
  • Send age-gated content as defined by CTIA guidelines (including alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, firearms, gambling, or adult content)
  • Send unsolicited messages to people who have not called your business
  • Impersonate another business or person, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Violate any law, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, or applicable state or international laws
  • Transmit malware, phishing links, or otherwise harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the Service
  • Use the Service to compete with Rebuzz or build a competing product

You are responsible for ensuring that callers to your business are made aware of the automated SMS follow-up and have the ability to opt out.

7. Your content and AI-generated replies

You retain ownership of the business information you configure in the Service (business name, services, FAQ, AI personality settings, and similar). You grant Rebuzz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information solely to operate and improve the Service for your benefit.

AI-generated SMS replies are produced by large language models based on your configuration. While we aim to make replies accurate and on-brand, we do not guarantee that AI replies will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing conversations and intervening where appropriate.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and content (excluding your content), is owned by Freedom Services and Solutions LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers including Twilio, Anthropic, Stripe, and others. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SMS MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED, THAT AI REPLIES WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REBUZZ AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REBUZZ DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rebuzz and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) SMS messages sent through your account that violate applicable law or carrier rules.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 7–12, 14, and 15.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in these Terms waives your right to bring or participate in claims permitted under applicable consumer protection laws, and you retain all rights to pursue claims in a court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
