Billing FAQ
What happens after the free trial?
After 14 days you'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't, your AI employee pauses but your data is saved for 30 days.
How are voice minutes counted?
Only time your AI employee actually spends on a call counts, rounded to the nearest minute. Pro includes 100 minutes a month and Elite includes 200. Your dashboard shows minutes used against your allowance every day of the month, so the invoice is never a surprise.
What if I go over my minutes?
You choose. Keep answering and pay 30¢/min on Pro or 25¢/min on Elite — or have us stop taking live calls for the rest of the cycle. It's a setting you control, and you can change it any time.
Why is the Elite minute cheaper?
Because volume earns it. Elite is built for businesses that live on the phone, so the per-minute rate drops — and you get the whole automation suite on top. Use the estimator above to see exactly where Elite becomes the cheaper plan for you.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime — changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and you won't be charged again. Since the 14-day free trial is your evaluation period, paid subscriptions are non-refundable after the first charge — but you're never locked into a longer commitment.
