This Privacy Policy describes how Freedom Services and Solutions LLC (“Rebuzz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Utah limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Rebuzz service at rebuzz.app and related products (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

4. We do not sell or share your information for marketing

Rebuzz does not sell, rent, lease, or share end-user phone numbers, SMS content, or any personal information with third parties for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes.

Mobile opt-in consent data and information gathered through SMS conversations are used solely to deliver the Service on behalf of the Rebuzz subscriber the end user called. We will never share this data with advertisers, data brokers, affiliate networks, or any third party for their own commercial purposes.

5. Third-party service providers (subprocessors)

We use a small set of trusted third-party service providers to operate the Service. These processors are bound by contract to use the data only to deliver services to Rebuzz and not for their own purposes:

  • Twilio— phone numbers, voice calls, and SMS delivery
  • Anthropic— AI-powered response generation (Claude)
  • Stripe— payment processing and subscription billing
  • Neon— PostgreSQL database hosting
  • Resend— transactional email delivery
  • Cloudflare— DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection

We may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rebuzz, our users, or others.

6. Data retention

  • Conversation content (SMS and call metadata): retained for 90 days from the end of the conversation, then deleted or anonymized
  • Business account data: retained for the life of the account plus 12 months after cancellation for record-keeping, audit, and reactivation purposes
  • Billing records: retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years)
  • Phone numbers that have opted out via STOP: retained indefinitely on a suppression list to prevent future contact

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest, including TLS encryption for data transmission, hashed and salted password storage, role-based access controls for staff, and database access restricted to application processes. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of first-party cookies strictly necessary to operate the Service (authentication sessions, CSRF protection). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell cookie data.
